How can Global Office Partners help my company?

We can take on your ongoing project such as website maintenance or online marketing; create, mail or email your monthly newsletter; work on special projects; develop marketing plans and email marketing campaigns; conduct market research or marketing research as well as find other business information your company may need. We can install and uninstall software; create and maintain databases or mailing lists; design or re-design websites; provide graphic design services.

We will give you peace of mind by providing marketing coaching and ongoing support.

You can choose between one on one and virtual coaching.

How much will your services cost?

• Per Project
  A deposit of 50% is required, due with the signed estimate/agreement. Balance is due at the completion of the project. Services will not begin until deposit is received, and project will not be returned until full payment has been received.
• Monthly Retainer
• Hourly
  Hourly rates of $35 are billed in 15 minute increments for administrative support services rendered for a few hours during the month as needed. IT support services: $75.00 per hour. Website development and programming: $70.00 per hour.
• Additional charges for phone/fax usage, printing or special order supplies may be incurred and will be billed at our cost.

How will I be billed for monthly retainer?

• PayPal Invoice
  We accept payments via PayPal. Global Office Partners will send you a PayPal invoice at the beginning of every month.
• Mailed/Emailed Invoice
  Depending on your preference your invoice will be mailed to you at the billing address you provide or it can be emailed to you.
